At MOIDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MOIDA account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
